Getting started

Welcome to EMRFlow. Here is how to begin.

You're a few taps from spending less time on paperwork and more time with the people you serve. If you run your own practice, you can start free. If you connect your own EHR, try the live demo first.

Connect your own EHR? Try the demo.

Try Demo lets you explore EMRFlow against a sample EHR, with realistic sample data and no real login or credentials. Nothing you tap or type is saved or sent anywhere. It's the quickest way to see how EMRFlow works with a FHIR server before you connect your own.

1

Open the app

On the start screen, choose Try Demo. You'll drop straight into a sample EHR, already filled in for you.

2

Poke around

Dictate a session note and watch it format itself. Browse the schedule, charts, and documentation, all on sample data. Open anything you like.

3

Leave whenever

When you're done, exit the demo. Nothing was stored and nothing followed you out. Come back any time.

Good to know: the demo runs against a sample EHR, not your real server or credentials, so it's a safe place to experiment. Running your own private practice instead? You don't need the demo. EMRFlow Solo just starts free, see below.

Run your own practice? Start free.

Solo Practice has no demo, and it doesn't need one. The free Starter plan is your test drive. EMRFlow Solo starts free with no credit card. You create your account right inside the app, where you review and accept the consent terms as part of signing up. Then your work is yours, saved and synced across your devices.

Why create your account in the app? Signing up in the app is where the consent and agreement steps live, so your account is set up correctly from the first tap. See plans and features →

Already have an account? Sign in.

Open the app and sign in with the email and password you registered. Prefer a bigger screen? You can also sign in on the web.

On the web: sign in at app.emrflow.com. The web app is sign-in only, so set up your account in the mobile app first, then sign in on the web with the same login.

Which EMRFlow am I?

EMRFlow works two ways. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Solo Practice

You run your own private practice. No billing company in the middle, no separate records system to connect. EMRFlow Solo gives you notes, scheduling, intake, billing, superbills, and telehealth in one place. Choose Solo Practice when you sign up. There's no demo to try first, the free Starter plan is your test drive.

Group & billing-company users

Connect your own EHR

You already work with a group, agency, or billing company that runs its own FHIR-based EHR. EMRFlow connects to your server so you can document on the go and your work syncs back. Want to look first? Try Demo lets you explore against a sample server. When you're ready, sign in with the credentials your organization gave you.
