Updates reach your phone or tablet through the App Store and Google Play, and the web app updates on its own. If you do not see a change described here yet, update the app. Dates are when a release was serving on both stores.
Two things change with this update. First, evaluations, annual treatment plans and quarterly recertifications now require the treating clinician's signature before they can be marked Ready for review, and the physician's signature before they can be approved. Second, AI Form Assist on an attendance entry now has a switch, "Fill diagnosis and treatment codes," which is off to start: the AI writes the note and leaves the code lists alone. Turn it on to have it suggest codes as before. Both are covered in the knowledge base, and the help desk can walk anyone through them.

NewEvaluations, treatment plans and quarterlies can be sent to an outside physician or nurse practitioner for signature by email. The form shows Awaiting physician until it is signed.
NewManage > Users hides users your EHR no longer returns. A "Show inactive" chip brings them back when you need one.
ImprovedThe status chips on Forms show exact counts for your practice, under Everyone and under My Work. Tap a chip and the list holds exactly what the chip counts.

Forms you filed more than eight days ago no longer disappear from My Forms. They sit under one "Filed earlier" row that expands on tap, and every count includes them.

AI assist fills only the fields you left empty. Anything you already wrote stays as you wrote it, and it never changes a patient's attendance status.
Signing out of a Solo practice now ends the session everywhere on the device, including offline access.
The date filter on My Forms includes the end day you pick, and matches a form by its service date as well as its last edit.
