SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Facets Novum, LLC d/b/a EMRFlow ("EMRFlow," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms. They supplement our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive SMS text messages from EMRFlow. This includes informational and conversational messages such as replies to your inquiry and account or appointment notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

1. Program description and message types

EMRFlow uses SMS for one-to-one, two-way conversations with people who contact us and opt in. The messages you may receive are informational and conversational, including replies to a question or inquiry you submitted, help getting your practice set up, and related account or appointment notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without your separate, express consent.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your phone number and checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on a contact form on emrflow.com (or facetsnovum.com), then submitting the form. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of submitting a form, contacting us, or using our products and services. You may also opt in by texting us first or by asking us to text you.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us and the notifications relevant to you. We send messages in response to your inquiries and for account or appointment matters; there is no fixed number of messages.

4. Cost

EMRFlow does not charge for receiving or sending SMS messages in this program. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

5. Opt out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will stop sending SMS messages, unless you opt back in by replying START. 6. Supported carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your carrier and is outside our control. Carrier support may vary.

7. Privacy and your phone number

We respect your privacy. The phone number you provide for text messaging and your SMS consent are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share a mobile number only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages, and only to send the messages you asked for. 8. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation in the SMS program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
